Hi, I’m Dr. Vineeth Depa Reddy, a passionate medical professional dedicated to continuous learning, clinical excellence, and sharing knowledge with aspiring doctors. My journey in medicine has taken me across different countries, cultures, and medical systems, shaping my experience and perspective in patient care.

Educational Background 🎓

I completed my Doctor of Medicine (MD) at O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University, Kyiv, Ukraine, in 2021. My academic journey was marked by a strong commitment to learning, leading me to secure a top rank within my university and successfully pass medical licensing examinations, including:
✅ USMLE Step 1 – Pass (March 2023)
✅ USMLE Step 2 – 242 (June 2023)
✅ ECFMG Certified (September 2024)

Clinical Experience & Observerships 🏥

I have gained hands-on experience in both India and the U.S., working in various medical specialties, including oncology, internal medicine, nephrology, and infectious diseases.

I have contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications in the field of medicine, covering topics such as perioperative hydration in pediatric anesthesia, childhood epilepsy, and alcohol-related psychological disorders. These studies have helped me develop a keen interest in evidence-based medicine and its application in clinical practice.

Teaching & Mentorship 👨‍🏫

Alongside my clinical work, I have been actively involved in mentoring and tutoring medical students, particularly those preparing for the USMLE exams. Sharing knowledge and guiding fellow students has been a fulfilling part of my journey, motivating me to create PodPupil—a platform to reach and help even more aspiring doctors.

Why I Started PodPupil 🎙️

During my medical journey, I realized the struggles that IMGs and medical students face—whether it’s preparing for exams, adapting to clinical rotations, or understanding medical concepts. PodPupil is my way of making this journey easier by sharing real-world experiences, clinical insights, and exam strategies through a podcast.

Outside of medicine, I have a deep interest in chess, with an ELO rating of 1600, and I actively participate in volunteer work, including eye donation and vaccination camps.
