Introduction of why I started it

Hi, I’m Dr. Vineeth Depa Reddy, a medical graduate navigating my journey through the U.S. healthcare system. I created PodPupil to share my experiences, insights, and lessons from medical training through an engaging podcast.

During my medical education and observerships in the U.S., I realized how challenging it can be to adapt to new clinical settings, prepare for USMLE exams, and understand the nuances of patient care. PodPupil is my way of making this journey easier for others—especially for IMGs (International Medical Graduates), medical students, and anyone aspiring to excel in medicine.

Biography

who am i

Hi, I’m Dr. Vineeth Depa Reddy, a dedicated medical professional with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge. I earned my Doctor of Medicine (MD) from O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University, Ukraine, and have successfully cleared the USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 exams. My journey has taken me through observerships and hands-on clinical experiences in the U.S., helping me gain a deeper understanding of internal medicine and patient care.
With a strong background in oncology, nephrology, and infectious diseases, I have worked as a Medical Officer and contributed to medical research through multiple peer-reviewed publications. Beyond medicine, I am passionate about teaching, having mentored students for the USMLE exams.
Through PodPupil, my goal is to share my experiences, insights, and lessons through a podcast, making it easier for medical students and IMGs to navigate their own journeys in the medical field.
